McKnight, Little Selected as Lott Leadership Students

MBHS seniors, Lawson McKnight and Adeline Little, are two of the 20 students who have been admitted into the Trent Lott Leadership Institute at Ole Miss as a part of the class of 2030.
The program supports young leaders with internship and work opportunities, frequently in Washington D.C. It also provides them with small-sized class opportunities amongst the Institute students throughout their college experience. Admittees study Public Policy as their primary major but typically also double major in another liberal arts course of study.
Lawson anticipates also majoring in History, while Adeline plans on adding Political Science as a major.
McKnight and Little stand tall as representatives of Mountain Brook High School as they enter a program which had over 1,000 applicants nationwide. The duo take their MBHS experience and involvement to Oxford this fall. Congratulations!
