MBJH to play in Legacy Arena
Why are the MBJH 8th grade teams playing a game at Legacy Arena?
○ Through a partnership with the Birmingham Squadron (our city’s NBA G League team affiliated with the New Orleans Pelicans), MBJH 8th grade girls and boys teams will play one game at Legacy Arena through the Court of Dreams promotional program.
What is “Court of Dreams?”
○ Court of Dreams is a way for the Birmingham Squadron to connect with the community and offer local teams an opportunity to play at Legacy Arena.
When is the “Court of Dreams” game going to be played?
○ MBJH will play Oak Mountain Middle School on Wednesday, Dec. 4. The 8th grade girls game will begin at 2:30 and the 8th grade boys game will begin at 4:00.
Where do I get tickets?
○ There is a special link provided by the Squadron for this event. Fans should not purchase their ticket through the Squadron’s website, but instead use the link provided by the school. Click here to purchase your ticket
What do I receive when purchasing a ticket?
○ Purchasing a ticket through this link will give fans access to the two 8th grade games on Dec. 4, as well as the professional basketball game the Squadron will play on Jan. 26 vs. the College Park SkyHawks!
How much are tickets?
○ Tickets may be purchased for $15. When accessing the ticket-purchasing site, fans will be able to purchase a Sideline Mid Court seat or a Sideline Premier seat. Note: this seat selection is only for the Jan. 26 Squadron game. All seating for the MBJH 8th Grade games are general admission.
Does purchasing this ticket also get me into the 11:30am Squadron game on Dec. 4?
○ Purchasing this ticket does not include admission to the 11:30am game.
What time will we be able to enter the arena for the MBJH 8th Grade games?
○ Legacy Arena plans to open the gates at 2:00 for the Court of Dreams game. All fans must have a ticket in order to enter.
